There are now dehydrated buckets of food storage available at Costco. The Cave Creek Costco off the 101 at Cave Creek Road had quite a stock on 10/15/09. I didn't see any at the Scottsdale store, but could have missed it. These are also available on Costco.com. They are a seasonal item, so get them while you can if you want a "quick and easy" food storage start.
